It’s profoundly intertwined with all other strategic domains within a company’s ecosystem – business model, brand, marketing, sales. The successful interplay of all these levels can generate long-lasting innovation and competitive advantages for a firm. Given the significance of UX in a company’s pursuit of innovation, design practitioners increasingly need to acquire a more strategic mindset.
