Is the course online or in-person?
Every UX Academy course is 100% live online -- small live classes over Zoom, no in-person attendance and no commute. You can join from anywhere in the UK or abroad, and every session is recorded.
Which course is right for me?
If you are changing careers and want a job in UX, start with Beginner UX Design (£1,500). Continue into the UX Career Track for real start-up work experience -- the full programme is £3,000 over 20 weeks. If you already have 3+ years and want to advance, choose Advanced UX Design or Product Design & AI. If you want strategic influence, choose UX Strategy.
Do I need any experience?
Beginner UX Design requires no prior design experience. All other courses require at least 1 year of relevant experience.
How long does each course take?
Beginner UX Design is 8 weeks; the UX Career Track adds 12 weeks (20 weeks for the full job-ready programme). Advanced UX Design and Product Design & AI are 6 weeks. UX Strategy is 4 weeks. All run on Wednesday evenings, 6:00 to 8:30pm UK time.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes. All courses issue a certificate on completion. It does not expire.
What if I change my mind?
Your £99 deposit is refundable within 14 days of booking. After the first session, a full refund is available within 14 days.
