Before you book.
How does coaching work?
Every session is live, one-to-one, over video call. Fill in the form below with the session type you want and what you would like help with, and we will email you to arrange a time.
How do I pay?
You do not pay on this page. Once we have confirmed a time, we send a payment link for the session you chose.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes -- email us at least 24 hours before your session and we will find a new time.
Which coach will I get?
Choose a preference in the form -- Naveed or Natalia -- or leave it as "no preference" and we will match you to whoever fits your availability and what you need help with best.
Is the session recorded?
No. Coaching sessions are not recorded.
Can my employer pay for this?
Yes. Tell us in the form and we will invoice your company directly instead of you.
What happens after I submit the form?
We will email you to confirm a time and send a payment link -- there is nothing to pay when you submit the form itself.
