How does coaching work?
Every session is live, one-to-one, over video call. Fill in the form below with the session type you want and what you'd like help with, and we'll email you to arrange a time.
How do I pay?
You don't pay on this page. Once we have confirmed a time, we send a payment link for the session you chose.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes -- email us at least 24 hours before your session and we'll find a new time.
Which coach will I get?
Pick a coach in the form (Naveed, Natalia, Stratis or Nora) or leave it as "no preference" and we'll match you to whoever fits your availability and what you need help with best.
Is the session recorded?
No. Coaching sessions aren't recorded.
Can my employer pay for this?
Yes. Tell us in the form and we'll invoice your company directly instead of you.
What happens after I submit the form?
We'll email you to confirm a time and send a payment link -- there's nothing to pay when you submit the form itself.
