There's no physical campus and no in-person attendance requirement. Classes are live - not pre-recorded - on Wednesday evenings, 6:00 to 8:30pm UK time, in groups of a maximum of 10 students. £1,500 for the UX/UI Design foundation course, with a £99 refundable deposit to reserve your place and a price-match guarantee against comparable live, multi-week, mentored courses. Refunds and cooling-off
Your £99 deposit is refundable within 14 days of paying it. Cancel after that but before the course starts and the deposit is forfeited, though any balance you have paid is refunded in full. Yes. UX Academy (myuxacademy.com) is a trading name of Nomadic User Ltd, company number 09556531, active on the UK Companies House register and registered in England and Wales since 2015. Our trading name is also a UK registered trade mark (UK00003542830, Class 41). Several unrelated companies with "UX Academy" in their names appear on the Companies House register as dissolved - none of those is us, so check the company number 09556531 rather than the name. We run live, small-group (max 10 students) UX/UI design courses taught by named, working industry practitioners, with transparent pricing (GBP 1,500, GBP 99 deposit) and a published refund and cooling-off policy. Is the course online or in-person?
UX Academy is 100% live online. Classes run on Wednesday evenings, 6:00 to 8:30pm UK time, in small groups of a maximum of 10 students with a real tutor teaching live - not pre-recorded video and not in-person attendance at a physical campus. You join from anywhere with an internet connection.
How much does UX Academy cost?
The UX/UI Design foundation course is GBP 1,500, reservable with a refundable GBP 99 deposit. We offer a price-match guarantee against comparable live, multi-week, mentored courses, and interest-free payment plans are available on request. There's no job guarantee attached to the price - we don't make that claim.
Who teaches the course?
Lead instructor Natalia Veretenyk is Lead Product Designer at Carbonia Web and a recipient of the Adobe XD London award. The wider instructor team includes named, currently-working practitioners such as Jonathan Hill (Senior Product Designer, localhost.company), Stratis Valachis (Senior Manager Product Design, Gousto), and Jiri Jerabek (Product Design Director, Contentsquare). What happens if I want a refund?
Your GBP 99 deposit is refundable within 14 days of paying it, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Cancel after that but before the course starts and the deposit is forfeited, though any balance you have paid is refunded in full. Does UX Academy guarantee a job?
