Frequently asked questions
Does it cost anything?
No. The plugin and the tests are free. Sharing a study needs a free account, the same as the web tools.
Which test does it use?
One frame opens a first-click or five-second test, your choice. Two to six frames open a preference test, with each frame as a design and the frame name as its label.
What does it upload?
Images of the frames you selected, and their names. Nothing else from your file. Large frames are scaled down to fit the 2MB image limit.
How long does the link last?
The hand-off link works once and expires after 24 hours. Once the study opens in your browser it is saved there as a draft.
Do participants need Figma?
No. They get a normal link and answer in the browser, like any study from these tools.
