Goncalo Andrade is a London-based Lead Product Designer at YLD with more than 14 years of experience across product, service and UX design. At UX Academy, Goncalo teaches Beginner UX (AI) Design, helping students develop skills in user research, problem definition, journey mapping, prototyping and usability testing while working towards a portfolio-ready case study.
