What participants read first
You will look for a few pieces of information in a clickable prototype. Click where you think it would be. If you cannot find it, press "I give up". That is useful to us too.

- Find how to contact the company.
- Find the returns policy.

Frequently asked questions
What's in the find key information template?
The instructions, 3 tasks with their wording and time limits, and any follow-up questions. Your screens and the goal screen for each task are left for you, because they depend on your prototype.
Can I change it?
Yes. Rewrite the tasks, change or remove the time limits, add an expected path, or add up to five tasks. The template only fills in the wording.
How many people should I test with?
Around 20 people is a good start. Check which screen they clicked first on the click map, even when they got there in the end.
Do I need an account?
No. You can build, preview and download without signing in. You only sign in to share a link or save your work.
