The story
As an account holder, I want to see my balance before I send a transfer, so that I don't accidentally go overdrawn.
Acceptance criteria
- Given I am on the transfer screen, when the screen loads, then my available balance is shown above the amount field
- Given I enter an amount higher than my balance, when I tap Continue, then I am warned before anything is sent
- Given I enter a valid amount, when I tap Continue, then I see a review screen with the payee, amount and date
