AI skills that
actually ship.
Max 15 students
Senior critique on your AI design work every week from a named practitioner — not a forum thread or a Discord channel.
Live every week
Work through AI interaction patterns, trust and control problems, and real evaluation challenges in real time with your cohort on Zoom.
AI end-to-end
Eight weeks of dedicated AI design: models, design patterns, evaluation, and responsible practice.
Capstone project
Take a real AI product brief from problem to portfolio-ready case study. Leave with evidence you ship AI products, not just describe them.
Built for designers ready to design AI.
- You have at least 1 year of UX, UI, or product design experience
- You want to design AI-powered products, not just read about them
- You are working on (or want to work on) products with AI features
- You can commit 5 to 6 hours per week for 8 weeks
- You want live feedback from a practitioner, not pre-recorded video
- You are new to design (try the Beginner UX Design course first)
- You want to learn how to build or train AI models
- You want a self-paced, no-commitment video library
- You are looking for a general AI tool tutorial, not a design course

8 weeks. 8 outcomes.
Tap any week to see what you will cover.
Week 1Foundations of AI for Designers
Understand how AI systems work at the level a designer needs: what models can and cannot do, how they fail, and why that changes the design problem.
Week 2AI in the UX Workflow
Use AI to accelerate synthesis, generate and stress-test ideas, and iterate faster — without losing rigour.
Week 3Designing Generative & Conversational Interfaces
The specific patterns for chat, voice, and generative UI: where they work, where they break, and how to handle the unpredictability of model outputs in your designs.
Week 4Trust, Transparency & User Control
Design for explainability, uncertainty, and meaningful user control. Communicate AI confidence, handle errors gracefully, and keep users in control.
Week 5Prototyping with AI Tools
Build working prototypes faster using AI-assisted coding tools and vibe-coding workflows. Go from concept to testable artefact in a session, not a sprint.
Week 6Evaluating AI Experiences
Define what good looks like for an AI feature and measure it. Apply evaluation frameworks for quality, bias, hallucination risk, and user satisfaction in AI products.
Week 7AI Ethics, Safety & Responsible Design
Run bias audits, fairness checks, and privacy-by-design reviews. Know when — and how — to push back on unsafe product decisions.
Week 8Capstone: AI Product Project & Portfolio
Complete a capstone AI product project from brief to validated design. Leave with a case study that shows hiring teams you can ship real AI products.
